This equipment comprises an extruder, cylinder, and screw rods made from premium alloy steel that has undergone precision nitriding to enhance hardness and provide exceptional corrosion resistance. The specially designed screw optimizes the plasticizing process, resulting in increased production efficiency. This machine is predominantly utilized for producing plastic films, especially LDPE and HDPE, which are commonly used in food packaging, textiles, garbage bags, and handled bags.
