Four Side Plastic Bag Making Machine
The Four Side Plastic Bag Making Machine is designed to manufacture middle sealing bags, four side bags, and edge sealing bags.
This machine operates using a centralized PLC control system, which enhances human-machine interaction and guarantees stable operation along with simplified maintenance. Users have the flexibility to switch effortlessly between Chinese and English interface languages.
It incorporates automatic tension control for unwinding, an EPC edge position controller, and an AC inverter that ensures consistent speed during the automatic feeding of materials. The system is equipped with an imported double servo motor for precise control of material movement.
The primary motor, which is responsible for the sealing and pressing actions, is equipped with an inverter. A PID control system manages the temperature of the sealing bars through non-contact automatic controls, with centralized settings available via the user interface.
