Double Colors Blown Film Extrusion employs a film blowing machine to create high-quality film by combining two colors of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) through the use of two extruders. The ABA blown film extrusion method enables the blending of these colors at the die head, producing a two-layer film. This approach is commonly used in the manufacturing of items such as table cover film, two-color T-shirt bags, and various other products. The configuration includes one extruder, two gearboxes, and two motors, as well as a single mold for producing the dual-color film. Furthermore, an inverter is utilized to regulate the machine’s speed, thereby improving energy efficiency.
