The Drinking Straw Making Machine is designed to manufacture transparent, single-color straws from polypropylene (PP) and masterbatch as its key materials. The production process includes various stages such as melting, extrusion, shaping, cooling, pulling, and cutting. This machinery comprises the main body, tooling, a water cooling system, and a cutting device.

Quality Assurance:
The machine operates smoothly and quietly, thanks to precision-ground and hardened gears and bearings. The screw and barrel are constructed from Aluminum Chromolybdenum alloy steel and undergo stress relief treatment to enhance durability. Additionally, the die is subjected to nitrogen hardening to prolong its lifespan. Both the water tank and the cutting machine’s surface are crafted from #304 stainless steel. The screw of the main extruder is specifically designed to suit the plastic material in use.
