Biodegradable Blown Film Extrusion is a manufacturing process that employs materials such as PLA, PBAT, corn starch, calcium carbonate, and a variety of other biodegradable substances to produce vest bags and trash bags. This method offers significant advantages, including complete degradation and beneficial effects on the environment. The die-head features an internal 8-hole inflow feed system, specifically engineered to facilitate the creation of film from biodegradable materials like PLA and PBAT during the blown film extrusion process.
Degradable plastic bags can decompose into carbon dioxide, water, methane, and other naturally occurring materials, allowing them to re-enter the carbon cycle over a specified period and under particular environmental conditions.
